Importance of health care although many activities


Hello friend I want to share  a little story aboutb me being a student activity. In the second half of this activity in the lecture so dense that we need to maintain the health of our bodies. lately I feel tired because the activity is so solid. what do you think the way that we keep good phsical condition, although our activities solid solution beg a friend.

    I suggest you to rest, eat regularly, do not sleep too late. health is very important if not healthy all your activities can not be carried out well. this my suggest.

    Health care is primary. When many activity. You must manage time. You must healty life style. And last you must eat reguler. Dont forget keep your bodies.

    You should consume some fruits in a day, adequate rest, take vitamins. maybe it can keep your body to stay healthy. but don't forget to consume vitamins lus,because its very important for your body. keep spirit (y).

  4. Hi lusi, in my opinion you should set the time properly and regularly. for example, by making a daily schedule of activities. that way, you don't have to do the task on an ongoing basis so that you can break with enough.
